UNIVERSALHOMEANDTECH LTD is the sole legal person behind Universal Home & Tech, TORGEER^®, and TorScript. Each name is a trading identity or division of the same company. A brand name does not create a separate company, partnership, agency, branch, or controller unless a signed written agreement says so. Contracts, invoices, copyright notices, customer notices, marketplace seller information, privacy notices, and formal compliance disclosures should identify UNIVERSALHOMEANDTECH LTD as the contracting or responsible legal person.

Purpose

This declaration explains how TorScript work is divided into three streams under one legal entity, UNIVERSALHOMEANDTECH LTD. It is intended for website publication, customer understanding, procurement questionnaires and internal scope control.

Stream 1 — Catalogue software

Stream 1 covers self-hosted software products sold under an EULA. The customer hosts the product on its own infrastructure and controls its own end-user data. The Company is not the customer's processor merely because the customer uses a self-hosted product.

Stream 2 — Website and digital audit services

Stream 2 covers fixed-scope B2B audits of websites, cookie surfaces, consumer-law presentation, privacy-surface wording, accessibility indicators and baseline technical hygiene. It is not legal advice, regulated penetration testing or a guarantee of compliance.

Stream 3 — Custom software and implementation

Stream 3 covers bespoke development, installation, migration, implementation, go-live support, retained engineering and commissioned releases. Where Stream 3 involves personal data on behalf of a customer, a Data Processing Agreement is required before access.

No-mixing rule

The Company must not use Stream 1 EULA terms as the contract for Stream 2 audit services or Stream 3 custom work. Each stream has different risks, deliverables, fees, acceptance rules and data protection positions.

Invoices and copyright

Invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery notes, licence notices and copyright notices should identify UNIVERSALHOMEANDTECH LTD. The TorScript name may be used as the trading brand.
