This policy applies to TorScript software, downloads, accounts, support channels, services and customer deployments where a contract incorporates it. It protects the Company, customers, end users, infrastructure providers, payment partners and the public.
Customers must not use TorScript software or services for unlawful content, malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, harassment, hate content, sexual exploitation, illegal gambling, counterfeit goods, sanctions evasion, unauthorised surveillance, infringement, pyramid schemes, fake reviews, misleading trading, or any activity that causes material harm to others.
Customers must not attack, scan, overload, bypass, or reverse engineer hosted Company systems, interfere with licensing controls, attempt unauthorised access, share credentials inappropriately, or use the support channel to send malware or unlawful data. Good-faith vulnerability reports should be submitted through the Company's security disclosure route.
Customers are responsible for content, product data, user data, terms, privacy notices, cookie controls, and legal compliance on their own deployments. A self-hosted software licence does not make the Company responsible for the customer's own store, database, users, tax settings, content or trading practices.
The Company may suspend support, refuse service, revoke access to updates, terminate an order, report unlawful conduct, or take other proportionate steps where this policy is breached. Enforcement will consider severity, risk, intent, repeat behaviour and legal duties.
