This policy applies to TorScript digital software purchases, licence keys, downloads and related support. It explains the commercial money-back guarantee and the statutory position for digital content.
Where the product page states a 30-day money-back guarantee, the Company will honour that guarantee according to the conditions on this page. The customer should contact support with the order number, product name, reason for request and any relevant evidence.
Where immediate digital supply begins, the checkout should ask the customer to request immediate supply and acknowledge the effect on cancellation rights. This does not remove rights for faulty digital content or rights that cannot be excluded by law.
The Company may refuse a refund where there is evidence of abuse, redistribution, chargeback fraud, breach of licence, repeated downloading followed by refund requests, or use beyond the permitted evaluation purpose. A refund may require licence deactivation and an undertaking to stop using the software.
If digital content is faulty, the Company may repair, replace, patch or refund according to applicable law and the circumstances. Customers should provide enough detail to reproduce the issue.
Refunds are normally made to the original payment method through the payment provider used at checkout.
