We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If TorScript does not meet your expectations, we offer a refund under the following conditions.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. If you find the Software is not the right fit for your needs, just email us — no lengthy forms, no hoops.

Eligibility

Your purchase is eligible for a refund within the 30-day window if:

• You have not yet activated more than the number of domains permitted by your plan
• Your license has not been suspended for a terms violation
• You purchased directly from torscript.com (not through a reseller)

How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@torscript.com from the address used at purchase
2. Include your order number and a brief reason (helps us improve)
3. We process refunds within 3–5 business days
4. The refund is issued to your original payment method — bank statements typically reflect it within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer

After 30 Days

After the 30-day period, refunds are issued at our discretion and only in cases where:

• The Software has a critical bug that prevents core functionality and we are unable to fix it
• The Software does not match the features described on our website

Exclusions

Refunds are not available if:

• You have used the Software live with real customers for an extended period
• Your license has been suspended due to a terms violation
• You simply changed your mind after the 30-day period
• You purchased the wrong plan (we will help you switch instead, free of charge)
• The purchase was made through a third-party reseller (refer to the reseller’s policy)

Support & Update Renewals

Support and update renewal purchases are non-refundable once the renewal period has begun, since the value is delivered immediately on renewal.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We have a 100% record of resolving disputes amicably and a chargeback can result in your license being permanently suspended.
