These terms explain support for TorScript catalogue products and related paid technical assistance. Included support normally covers product questions, installation guidance, bug triage, reasonable configuration help, and security patch guidance within the support period.
The Company aims to respond proportionately based on severity, support entitlement, information provided and business hours. A response target is not a guaranteed resolution time unless a signed service level agreement says so.
Customers should provide order details, product version, steps to reproduce, screenshots, logs, hosting environment information and any recent changes. Customers should remove unnecessary personal data from support tickets. Production credentials should not be shared unless a Data Processing Agreement and secure credential process are in place.
Suspected security vulnerabilities should be reported promptly. The Company may prioritise security fixes over ordinary feature requests. Customers are responsible for applying patches, maintaining backups and protecting their own infrastructure.
Work outside included support is handled under a paid support order, professional services agreement, bespoke development agreement, statement of work, or other written agreement.
