Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using TorScript.

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using TorScript ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on the number of domains specified by your plan (Starter: 1 domain, Business: 3 domains, Enterprise: unlimited domains).

You may:

  • Install and use the Software on your own server(s)
  • Modify the source code for your own use
  • Create derivative works for your own projects

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software or any part of it
  • Share your license key with third parties
  • Remove or alter copyright notices in the source code
  • Use the Software to create a competing product

3. Payment

All prices are one-time payments in GBP (£). Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. You will receive your license key and download link immediately after successful payment.

4. Support & Updates

Support and updates are included for the duration specified by your plan. After expiry, you may continue using the Software but will not receive new updates or support unless you renew.

5. Intellectual Property

The Software and all associated intellectual property remain the property of UNIVERSALHOMEANDTECH LTD. Your license grants usage rights only, not ownership of the Software itself.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. UNIVERSALHOMEANDTECH LTD shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

7. Termination

We may terminate your license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and delete all copies from your servers.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
